The main topic of discussion will be our trip to Gaspe Penninsula Quebec riding in the UP for a day or 2 then crossing in to Ontario going east to Quebec than north and west to Gaspe.
The trails are much better than what we faced last year and my guides from Ontario and Quebec tell me that 200 miles per day is very reasonable, leaving at 8:30 AM and arriving at our daily destinations at 4:30 PM. Dues must be current to receive any club information.
Also a reminder the owners of the Dawg House Restaurant are members of MichCanSka and we recomend the restaurant for lunch and or dinner.
This event marks the incredible efforts of some very special people hoping to start something that could ultimately help millions of people in the United States and Canada and around the world who live with diabetes. Thanks to Bill Bradfield and the many who have helped the event become what it is and what it will become.
Individual pages [Real-time Trip Updates] have been dedicated to informing friends, family members, sponsors and supports about the progress of each of the three groups that will be participating in the journey. Located on the right side of the website you will see links corresponding with each individual group. We encourage you to look for daily updates from the trail and “ride along” as they fund-raise for the Diabetes Research Institute and curing diabetes.
